Leka is an investor, broker and advisor. She moved to the U.S. from India 13 years ago. She quit her corporate job at Nordstrom in 2014 and started Rehabit Homes, Inc. a company focused on residential redevelopment. Serena Norris – Operations/Designer at Fixated Real Estate LLC & PNW Real Estate Expo

Serena Norris is the operations manager and interior designer for Fixated Real Estate LLC, an investment company specializing in volume fix & flip and BRRRR single-family properties. Founded in 2013, Fixated Real Estate has since become an authority in the real estate investment community in the Puget Sound and surrounding areas. By focusing on building strong, scalable and duplicatable systems, the Fixated team has successfully flipped over $50,000,000 in single-family homes from Seattle, WA to Portland, OR. She has personally helped flip/BRRRR over 100 homes.

Serena is also part of the Fixated Events team that brings the community Fixated On Real Estate meetups that host an average of 175 people per month throughout the state of Washington and hosts this event, PNW Big Badass Real Estate Wealth Expo every year.

In addition, Serena is a licensed broker with Keller Williams and a participating member of multiple networking and charitable events groups in the Northwest. With her involvement in these groups, Serena has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for local and national charity organizations.

Andrew Lanoie is the founder and CEO of Four Peaks Capital Partners. Andrew is an expert at building teams and connecting people with opportunities. Mike Ayala – Co-CEO of Four Peaks Capital Partners

Mike Ayala is the Managing Partner and CEO of Four Peak Capital Partners. Mike has been active in construction and management since he was 15 years old. He graduated from the Associated Builders and Contractors 4-year project management program at age 22 and then became a licensed instructor. Shortly thereafter, his first project was the management and oversight of a multi-million-dollar casino remodel. By age 24, Mike founded his first construction company and has been involved with over 2,000 projects totaling over $1 billion, including hospitals, courthouses, federal buildings, casinos, mills, gold-processing facilities, civil projects, multi-family homes, and shopping centers. Ashley Kehr – Co-Host of Bigger Pockets Real Estate Rookie Podcast

Ashley Kehr is the co-host of the Bigger Pockets Real Estate Rookie Podcast. Just a few years removed from being a beginner herself, Ashley is now helping newbies figure out actionable steps to get their first deal. She has a dual degree in finance and public accounting and recently became a licensed insurance agent. 

Ashley purchased her first rental property in 2014 and since then has grown her buy-and-hold portfolio to over 30 units.
